Andy Ihnatko reviewed the Zune and is incredibly harsh.
Money quote: “…the overall experience is about as pleasant as having an airbag deploy in your face.”
Ouch.
Update: Another negative review. This time from SFGate.com.
The interesting perspective on this one is that the failure of Zune makes it more likely that consumers are going to switch to the Mac from their Wintel machines. Talk about a halo effect.
