Since I just recommended the album by Gnarls Barkley. I have to tell you to go read this Business Week article on the label who signed this artist.
The business is changing. New opportunities are opening up and the old-timers are trying to learn new tricks.
I love revolutions.

Anil Dash in a very interesting article where he postulates that the only relevant question to answer when evaluating Web 2.0 sites or gizmos is the following:
Is this meaningful?
Led me to wondering about something else. Can that measure be applied to activities which make up our life?
Can we measure the meaning of the tasks we perform in the act of living life?
Might be an interesting exercise if one could agree on a set of relevant meanings for oneself.

I love it when the developer of a software program I use decides to expand on some of the design decisions behind the product. Gives me more of an insight into the process of design and the nature of decisions which lead to a finished product. Very informative.
The product is VoodooPad Pro. The explanation is here.

Interesting list to consider before doing a corporate blog.
Once in a while you see someone write stuff and you go, “Wow! I couldn’t have done that better.” Good work from Scoble.

Some of you have recently switched and some others are contemplating switching.
I am always inundated by questions about the switch. This is a pretty good overview of what you can expect from a switch.
I will add a few tips on my own:
1. The Mac OS is a complicated, modern operating system. You are not going to be learning how to use the OS by putting your laptop under the pillow and sleeping on it. You have to read a book on it. This is it: David Pogue’s Missing Manual.
2. It is a computer. You can’t do much damage to it. If you think something might work. Try it. You will be surprised. Sometimes in a really nice way.
3. Support shareware. That is guaranteed good karma.
That is about it.
